Baichung Bhutia a Football Player
All India Football Federation (AIFF) on October/18/2015 appointed former India captain Baichung Bhutia football as a consultant for General Affairs of the game and the Federation.
Bhutia is already the chairman of the technical committee of the AIFF.
The former captain of the Indian football federation advises on improving the performance of the national team and also help in the development of the squad for the U17 World Cup 2017 FIFA selection. He will also advise on criteria for licensing of State AF, development of clubs and all other national competitions, both men and women and in all age groups.
